This part of the trail qualifies for the rails-to-trails special program.

Tuesday**, December 16th, Newport, RI. We will start walking at 10:00 a.m.

Sunday, December 28th, The Freedom Trail in Boston, MA. We will start walking at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday**, December 30th, A TWO Walk DAY! First, we'll meet in Hyannis, MA. to start walking at 10:30 a.m, When we finish, we'll break for Lunch (TBD), and then
it's on to Sandwich, MA.

Celebrate the New Year with a stroll through the Back Bay in Boston, MA. On Thursday, January 1st, 2026. Meet inside Copley Place near the post office between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. to start walking at 9:00 am.

Saturday, January 10th, Newton, MA. We will start walking at 10:30 a.m.

Saturday, January 24th, Wellesley, MA. We will start walking at 10:30 a.m.

The Rhode Island County Challenge ends December 31st!
If you've completed the challenge, and want to claim the reward (a 40-inch long blue cooling towel/scarf imprinted with the Challenge logo) email a photo of your completed book to carol.west@sbcglobal.com BY JANUARY 31st.
