2026 Seasonal and Year-Round Self-guided Events

Have you ever really wanted to go volksmarching, but couldn't find a scheduled walk? Are there too few scheduled events to satisfy your need to get out and about? We can help. This year Walk'N Mass offers 20 seasonal or year-round events for your walking enjoyment. These events are map-guided along well planned routes and you can enjoy them on your schedule and at your own pace.

Our walks include two state capitals (Boston, MA and Providence, RI). Four events (Boston Freedom Trail, Boston Back Bay, Newport, and Providence) have been recognized by the AVA as among the top year-round events in the country!

Please note - the brochures for our Seasonal/Year-round events are published at the begining of the year and can't anticipate circumstances that force changes in the location, availability, or hours of the listed start points. Also, our mid-week (usually Tuesday) group walks may choose a pre-start gathering point different from the published start point, as some of those locations aren't well suited as a group meeting point.
